What Is a Salt Cave?
Our salt cave is a serene, spa-like space built from tons of Himalayan salt. These salt-covered walls and floors recreate the microclimate of natural salt mines, known for their healing properties. Through a process called halotherapy, microscopic salt particles are gently dispersed into the air. When you breathe in this dry salt aerosol, it can help cleanse the respiratory system, reduce inflammation, and support skin health—all while promoting a profound sense of calm.Before You Arrive
No special preparation is needed—just wear comfortable clothing. Salt won’t ruin your clothes, and we provide blankets for extra comfort during your session. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, use the restroom, and begin to unwind before entering the cave.Your First Session: What to Expect
Upon entering the salt cave, you’ll be greeted by a peaceful, softly lit space with reclining chairs, tranquil music, and the soothing energy of salt surrounding you. Sessions typically last 45 minutes, and you’re encouraged to simply sit back, close your eyes, and relax. Some guests meditate or nap, while others quietly reflect.As the halogenerator begins to circulate fine salt particles, you may notice a slight salt taste on your lips or a gentle tickle in your nose or throat—this is normal and a sign that the therapy is working.We kindly ask that all guests respect the quiet, restorative nature of the salt cave. This means silencing phones and refraining from conversation during the session to allow everyone to fully relax.After Your Session
